Not sharing is not always a sign of strength and mindfulness. Generally, people who do not share are people a who are scared of judgments and criticism. Sharing insights of your life will help you gain perspective and self-awareness. Check your deadlines and accordingly prep your to-do list so that you don’t lapse any of your important tasks.
